The NHS has embarked on an initiative aimed at gathering data from healthcare providers and facilitating its accessibility for health research purposes. This undertaking is notably complex, demanding meticulous attention to both data quality and protection. Currently, this process has been exceedingly laborious and resource intensive. The integration of AI technologies has become imperative to streamline the 5 pillars of ensuring a secure data environment: safe data, safe projects, safe people, safe settings, and safe outputs. As such, the West Midlands required a solution to ease some burden.
The outcome
Dexter can be used to address all five pillars essential for establishing a secure data environment.
